Cards
For this game, you need:
- 3-6 players

Cards marked with black index:
- Property Cards (numbers 1-30)
- Currency cards (37-45 + 47-60 + 62-68)
- 60 x $1000
- 12 x $2000
Setup
- Separate property and currency cards from each other and shuffle both decks.
- Every player gets 14 x $1000 and 2 x $2000 (5-6 players: 10x $1k, 2x $2k)
- 3 players: remove 6 properties and 6 currency cards (randomly).
- 4 players: remove 2 properties and 2 currency cards (randomly).
Gameplay
Game is played in two phases: buying and selling
Buying Phase
- Turn face up N property cards (N = amount of players)
- Players can bid any amount of money they have on their turn, or pass.
- When player passes, they take the lowest numbered card from the table with half of their bid back (rounded down to closest $1000).
- When only one player is left, they take the highest value but must pay full price.
- Continue Buying rounds until all properties have been auctioned.
- The player who bid the most last round will start bidding.
- It is okay to bid nothing and just take the lowest valued card for free.
Selling Phase
- Turn face up N currency cards (N = amount of players)
- Every player chooses one card face down from their deck of properties.
- After everyone has played, reveal all cards.
- Highest valued property gets the highest currency card and so on.
Scoring & End Game
- After all properties are sold in second phase, score.
- Player with most money in their currency cards + remaining coins from phase 1 wins.
- In tie breaker, most remaining coins wins.
