Currently my Minimal Travel Table Top Game Collection 3 contains these cards for playing this.

This is a 2-player game.

Fugitive in BGG

Full rules can be found from publisher's website.

Cards

This game uses cards number 0–42 from the deck.

Setup

There are two players, one is fugitive and the other is Marshall. At the beginning of the game, give Fugitive cards 1–3 and 42.

Place 0 card to the center.

Divide other cards into three decks: 4–14, 15-28 and 29-41. Shuffle each of the decks and place them on the table.

Fugitive then draws 3 cards from the 4-14 deck and 2 cards from the 15-28 deck.

Gameplay

On the first turn of the game, fugitive plays 1 or 2 hideouts. On every following turn, they'll play 0 or 1 hideout.

At the beginning of the turn, fugitive draws a card from any deck (other than first turn, see setup). Fugitive can move up to 3 numbers forward from their last hideout (from starting 0, you can play 1, 2 or 3). However, they can extend their range by playing sprint cards. Any card can be played as a sprint card. Odd cards provide +1 range and even cards +2.

On Marshall's turn, they draw a card and then guess 1 or more numbers. If all of their guesses are correct (hideouts played face down), those hideouts are revealed alongside with the sprint cards.

End of Game

Game ends when either fugitive plays card 42 or every hideout has been found by the marshall.

If at the end, fugitive plays 42 and the highest value discovered hideout is 29 or less, the marshall can attempt a manhunt by guessing cards one at the time. If they find all hideouts, marshall wins.
