This great talk by Tanya tackles one of the challenging pieces of work life: glue work, how to recognize and promote it and what to do when you’re in a situation where you do a lot of glue work but it’s not appreciated.
This hit very close to my heart as I always do a lot of glue work: partly because I enjoy it but also because I feel a shared responsibility for that and want to do my part instead of just ignoring it and letting problems pile up.
