7 tokens

Each player receives action tokens numbered 1–4.
Place main characters (Kirby, Pikachu, Star Fox, Link, Bowser, Honk & Madeline) in the middle of the table.
Shuffle all the other cards and remove one without showing it.
Deal 6 cards to both players.
Get 7 tokens from the token pool and place them in the middle of the character cards.

Youngest play starts (and then maybe alternating starts)
At the beginning of each turn, player draws a card.
At the beginning of each round, a player wins if they have at least 4 characters or 11 points.
Each turn, player selects one of the four actions (listed below) in any order and performs that.
After both players have taken 4 actions, score.
If one player has more cards played for a character, move that token to that players side. If tied, do nothing.

Hide one card & reveal it at the end of the round. It scores for you at the end.
Discard two cards (face down). They are not scored.
Offer your opponent three cards. They choose one, you get the rest.
Offer two pairs of two cards to your opponent. They choose first, you get the rest.
